Reservation = Discrimination

Whenever I hear the word 'Reservation', the first things that come to mind are trains, planes and movie tickets where we need to make a reservation for a seat. But, of course, there is also other category of reservation like reservation in higher education and jobs through quota's....

Mahatma Gandhi , Amitabh Bachchan , Dhirubhai Ambani , Narendra Modi ,Abdul Kalam , Satya Nadella , Shiv Nadar , and Sunder Pichai we all know them very well---they ever needed those tags of reservation to prove them....In reality they all belongs to regional villages of India....

Have you ever listen that Indian cricket team is having a reservation ??? How it feels if its like sc or st players will only become captains or obc player will be only doing wicket keeping...If it was like that then we would easily won the last world cup in march 2015....

Then why don't they apply this to Bollywood -- a 47% reservations for heroes, heroines and villains? Why should Bollywood be spared? The backward castes should get a chance to prove themselves. Then why not start from here? Then in a Deewar 2020, Amitabh Bachchan will ask Shashi Kapoor: 'Mere paas daulat hai, IIT ki degree hai, IIM ki seat hai... tere paas kyaa hai?' To this, Shashi Kapoor will grandly reply -- 'Mere paas... mere paas reservation hai Bhai.'

I don't know why the government is reserving seats for higher education where 8 out of 10 Dalit children drop out of school before Class 10 which means the drop-out rate is approximately 80 per cent. ( source India Express )

Politicians will never understand why its important to get higher education in India. Because their own children go to the US, UK, Australia, Europe and other foreign countries for education. The government is doing all this because it doesn't want its vote bank to go to other parties.....

When we ask government why you provide reservation in education and government jobs for sc ,st or obc then they will say that they come from a tribal/rural area were education facility and jobs are not there but they don't want to improve infrastructure or education facility in tribal or rural area's because it might give them weight on their pockets and then no one from that region comes to study in urban colleges because of which general student can easily get addmission so now the general students will not go for self finance college's and hence self finance college will not earn so this might be the biggest reason why government don't want to remove reservation...but we should remove the Q-word from the Constitution of India.

In these past months, I have noticed one more thing, no party in the Lok Sabha has opposed this reservation issue. Either they are afraid that their vote bank will be lost or there is something unthinkable about what the NDA is doing, who knows? Where are our young leaders who claim to speak for the youth? Are they blind ??? They don't know about Patidar Anamat Andolan ??? Today they have raised their voice tomorrow

it may be some other caste........

Dr Ambedkar said reservation should be discontinued after 15 years but politicians are continuing with this to further their vote bank.

I also agree that there should be reservation but not on the basis of caste or religion or colour but on the basis of poverty only . People who are below the poverty line should get concessions in school and college fees, and also for higher education but selection process for admission or jobs should be completely based on one's ability without any discrimination...

Indian's are valued world-wide a lot but not INDIA

Let us have more young MPs in Parliament. Those who can think intelligently on how to make India a truly great country based on merit and not on quota.....

If we have knowledge and creativity we don't need those tags of sc,st or obc to prove ourself.....
We don't want reservation.....
